Wow! Am I behind or what??? Calleigh's eighth month flew by with all the craziness of the approaching holidays... and now that the dust is starting to settle, I'm hoping to stay more on top of things :) Month eight was another month full of firsts and growth for our little munchkin... lots of celebrations and learning took place!
This month only one Pinterest project was done... and it was just as easy as the others! I ordered a cute little turkey off of Etsy and ironed it to a long sleeved white onesie, and then revamped her Halloween tutu. Turned out almost as cute as she is :)
This month Calleigh continued to see Dr. Moore, her pediatric chiropractor. And I am happy to say that she was ear infection free for 8 weeks!!! The therapy seems to help, which is great!
Calleigh's 8 Month Milestones:
- sleeping was still off :( even though she had no ear infection, she still had fluid on her ears which causes uncomfortable pressure when she lays down
- 6 months clothes
- size 2 diapers
- NO EAR INFECTION!
- teething - started to drool more and continued to chew on EVERYTHING
- eats sweet potatoes, squash, peas, and greenbeans... starting to like the greenbeans a little more
- tried white grape juice - not quite sure what to think about it yet
- blows spit bubbles
- claps hands when you say "Yay!"
- bangs toys together
- likes patty cake and peek a boo
- pulls on things to sit herself up - can almost do it herself
- gets on her knees and rocks back and forth
- outgrew the bouncer - sits up in it instead of laying back
- celebrated Mommy's 33rd birthday!
- first trip to Beaumont
- first Thanksgiving
- first time to meet her cousins Liam and Owen!
- first time in the church nursery - she's been to church, just not to the nursery :)
- said goodbye to Raven :(
